Requirements

The following list contains the minimum requirements to protect a rider during a track event. Dial It In Track Time strongly suggests that each rider invest in quality equipment for best protection.

I. All riders must be 14 years of age or older. Riders between the ages of 14-17 must have a legal guardian present for the duration of the track day. Legal guardian must complete registration with minor/rider and must present proof of guardianship (birth certificate). It is vital that guardianship documentation is presented for minors at registration. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR LACK OF DOCUMENTATION.

II. All riders must wear full leather/Kevlar suits. Two-piece suits must have full zipper to form a one piece suit. Snaps will not be accepted. Suits will be inspected at tech and are required to be in good condition.

III. All riders must wear a full face helmet with shield. Helmets are to be D.O.T. or Snell approved. Helmets will be inspected at tech and are required to be in good condition. Helmets that have been involved in an accident will not be accepted. All riders must display Dial It In Track Time issued number on helmet before entering the track.

IV. All riders must wear full length road race/sport touring boots.

V. All riders must wear a back protector.

*All rider apparel is subject to tech inspection. Dial It In Track Time reserves the right to decline unsafe rider equipment. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. It's your body, you only get one, please take care of it!

Motorcycle Requirements:

The following list contains the minimum requirements for a motorcycle during a track event. All motorcycles will be required to pass tech inspection before entering the track. In the event of an accident, each rider and motorcycle must be re-inspected before riding resumes. Dial It In Track Time reserves the right to decline riding privileges to any rider whose bike does not pass the tech inspection.

I. All motorcycles must be clean and free of potentially dangerous body work.

II. All motorcycles must be in good mechanical condition (subject to tech inspection).

A. All bikes must have oil, fuel, and coolant hoses secured and in good working condition.

B. All groups (Super, Express, Neo) must use water wetter or equivalent coolant. Coolant with Polyglycolene will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience, however this is a track day therefore safety and track time must come first.

III. All motorcycles must remove or tape over headlights, turn signals, tail lights, and mirrors. Duct tape is highly recommended, scotch and paper tape will not be allowed.

IV. All motorcycle headlight and taillight fuses must be disconnected or removed.

V. All motorcycles must have tires in good condition with a minimum of eighty percent tread life. D.O.T. tires (tires manufactured with tread) will be required in inclement weather (inclement weather will be determined by Dial It In Track Time). All wheels must have taped over wheel weights to pass inspection.

VI. All motorcycles must have operational kill switch on handlebar or clip-on.

VII. All motorcycles must have self closing throttle.

VIII. All motorcycles must have operational front and rear brakes.

IX. All motorcycles must display on front upper fairing Dial It In Track Time issued number and tech inspection sticker before entering the track.
